SOHO COCKTAILS

SOHO Sparkle
1 oz. SOHO Lychee Liqueur
Champagne or sparkling wine
re-chill a champagne flute. Pour SOHO into glass and top with sparkling wine.

Red Lotus
45ml SOHO Lychee Liqueur
30ml premium vodka
60ml cranberry juice
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
As attractive as the lotus flower - as delicious as the lychee fruit!

Forbidden Fruit
1 oz. SOHO Lychee Liqueur
2 oz. ruby red grapefruit juice
Pour over ice in a tall glass.
The alluring sweetness of SOHO perfectly balances the tartness of grapefruit.
