If a still wine is something that is to be enjoyed, sparkling wine is something that can brighten the night (or day), spark flames, start conversations and ignite passion. It also tastes pretty bloody good too! This year our Champagne and Sparkling Dinner will be even more spectacular than last year’s. The wines showcased in this dinner include Pelorus, Moet & Chandon, Ruinart, Chandon and Veuve Clicquot. Food served throughout the evening will be degustation style, as this is the traditional champenois approach. .

Now, A.B.C stands for Anything But Chardonnay, so consequently we will be showing a variety of Riesling (Grosset Polish Hill), Sparkling, Albarino (Crittenden's Los Hermanos) and Semillon (including the spectacular Vat 1 1999). The +1 is a sneaky little addition, as we are in fact showing a new wave Chardonnay (De Bortoli Reserve). This is a Chardonnay, but not as you know it. This is a beautiful, restrained, linear, Yarra Valley Chardonnay that we absolutely adore, and think you will too. Nibbles will be provided, so come along and kick up your heels....
