Please note that express shipments are delivered Monday-Friday business hours only. Most Capital Cities are serviced within 1-2
business days. Deliveries to country and outlying areas will be made as fast as possible, usually within 3-4 days.
All orders received on Sat-Mon will be processed and despatched on the following Tuesday (stock permitting) .

Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery is
available for deliveries to the Melbourne CBD area. Delivery fee is $20 per box
(1-12 bottles). 3 boxes will be charged at $50. Orders must be placed before 2pm for a delivery that afternoon.

If you require your parcel to be delivered prior to 12pm the next business day,
this service can be arranged. Please call the store on 03 9698 8000 for more
information (please be aware that orders on this service must be despatched by
2.30pm for a next day delivery).
Gift Wrapping
Gift Wrapping is available at $3 per bottle, $10 per six pack or $15 per dozen. Gift Cards are also available.
Insurance
Full transit insurance is automatically added to all orders sent to
Australian addresses. Insurance is charged at the rate of 1% of the value of
your order and will be calculated at the point of checkout. If you wish to send
a parcel without insurance, please state this in your order's special
instructions or email sales@winehouse.com.au
as soon as your order is placed.
NB: If you elect to have your wine delivered to the back/front door
without a signature, Winehouse will not be liable for missing
parcels. If you are not at home at time of delivery, Winehouse HIGHLY recommends
sending the wine back to the local postal outlet, where both ID & a signature
will be required to pick up your wine.
Surcharges
A surcharge of $5 will apply for orders under $100.
Delivery
General delivery turnaround times are only a couple of days. However, please allow up to
7-10 working days from despatch for delivery.
Please provide a Business Hours address and contact details. Otherwise, please provide special delivery instructions if no-one is home. Alternatively, the wine will be delivered to your nearest Post Office (if using our Australia Post service).
NB: Australia Post Drivers will not telephone before delivery,
regardless of instruction.
Extreme Weather
We will not ship
orders if Melbourne is experiencing hot weather (≈ 40°C +) unless we are specifically asked to do so.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT RATES
We air freight door-to-door anywhere in the world. All wine is professionally packed in polystyrene boxes, which protects and insulates. We can ship up to a maximum of 11 cases.
All international orders will be dispatched the Thursday after the
payment has been processed.
Please note we are unable to ship any spirits overseas.

Australian WET & GST Rebates
We are able to deduct Australian taxes on most wines exported. This generally amounts to around 10-20% of the wine value, however this rebate may not apply to certain Old & Rare Wines. We will not charge your credit card until we have calculated this rebate and exact costs. Following this calculation, we will email you for confirmation and authority to charge your card.
Insurance
There is a compulsory insurance surcharge of 1.5%. This will be calculated at the time of deducting WET & GST.
Gift Wrapping
Gift Wrapping is available at A$3 per bottle, A$10 per sixpack or A$15 per dozen. Gift Cards are also available.
Local Duties & Taxes
You will be responsible for paying duties and/or taxes on imported wine. We recommend you check with your relevant customs department for up-to-date charges.
Delivery
We track all international deliveries. Upon dispatch, we will also email you a consignment number and freight company details. Please allow 14 days for delivery to Europe.
Further delays may be experienced during festive seasons.
