Great Chardonnay Comeback Class

In this class we taste examples of
the 'new style' of Chardonnayfrom Austrailia and New Zealand. We
also benchmark against the ancestral home of Chardonnay by tasting a
white Burgundy and Chablis. Let us guide you through the tasting
with great little food matches. If you love Chardonnay this is the
class for you BUT if you hate Chardonnay this is also the class that
will change your mind forever!!
