Wine of the Week
Park Robinson Chardonnay 2012
"Earlier vintages of this were bottled
as our Reserve Chardonnay. Robinson vineyard
is located in the northern, warmer end of
the Peninsula and produces exceptional
fruit. This is bursting with flavour, and
yet refined and elegant. Clean, crisp and
pure with plenty of length and cellaring
potential." - Darling Park
"Light vanilla cream and candle wax aromas
with some more hefty nutty, stone fruit
scents coming in through the swirls of the
glass. Richness. In the palate, powerfully
built and coursing across the palate, but
finishes citrussy and light and fresh." -
Mike Bennie, Wine Front
